Is the book hardcover or softcover?
The book is softcover, perfect bound. It measures just under 8-1/2 by 11 inches, and is 45 pages long with printing on just about every side.
When will my order be processed?
We expect to process orders within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed…unless there is a crazy amount of orders, in which case we thank you in advance for your patience!
Will you let me know when it has shipped?
As long as you have provided a valid email address (and as long as PayPal isn’t behaving buggy), you should receive notification from PayPal once your order has shipped. Please note that PayPal’s shipment notification emails contain a bug which usually causes the shipping method to default to UPS, even though we specify the method as USPS. For this reason (and also because our postal software is not linked to PayPal), to avoid confusion we do not input the Priority mail tracking numbers into the shipment notification emails. For domestic orders, once shipped, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days. If you do not receive the order within that time frame, feel free to contact us at orders [at] tracebeaulieu [dot] com, and we will be happy to provide you the tracking number.
How long will it take to get here??
Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 3 business days (domestic), or 1 to 2 weeks (International).
How will this transaction appear on my bill?
PAYPAL*AMORPHOUS is the name which will appear on your credit card statement.
How will the book be shipped? Will it arrive in okay shape?
Our test shipments arrived at their destinations in pristine condition (per the reports we received). Inner packaging is comprised of two cardboard stiffeners surrounding the book, shrink-wrapped in a plastic sleeve to protect against potential water damage. The books are then enclosed in an outer cardboard envelope or box (if more than one book is being sent), and shipped via USPS Priority Mail (domestic) to ensure they spend a minimum amount of time in transit (and are therefore subject to fewer opportunities for mishandling). International orders are shipped in a box (packaged as above) via USPS First Class, or Priority, depending upon the number of books ordered.
I don’t like to order online. Is there another option?
If you’d like to buy a book via mail-in money order, please write to us at orders [at] tracebeaulieu [dot] com. Let us know the quantity, and your location so we can calculate your total, including sales tax, if applicable.

Defective books (i.e. books with defects in printing) must be returned within 10 days for credit or replacement. In this instance, return shipping costs will be refunded by us (return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping costs). Please contact us for return shipping instructions.
We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely (see note about test shipments above), however once it leaves our hands, it’s out of our control. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us at orders [at] tracebeaulieu [dot] com.
If the book is lost/does not arrive within 30 days past the estimated delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, as long as tracking information also indicates the book has not arrived.
If the book is returned to us for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return your book(s), please send your return to Amorphous Productions, Inc, PO Box 311, Marine St Crx, MN 55047. You are responsible for all initial and return shipping costs, and for protecting the returned book(s) from damage in transit. We recommend using the same packaging method the book arrived in. Your refund amount will depend upon the condition of the returned book, and will only be applied upon receipt. We’re sorry, but personalized books are not refundable.
Personal information you enter into our shopping cart will only be used to process/send your order, or if needed, to contact you about your order. Your information will not be sold to or shared with any other party, unless required by law.
